What are we looking for?
My client looking for a Contract Mechanical Engineer to assist their Engineering team through a busy period to provide and deliver Mechanical design solutions.
What skills will I need to be successful?
Experience designing fabricated, machined, injection mould and die cast electronics enclosures for EMC.
Using 3D mechanical CAD tools, preferably Autodesk Inventor.
Able to carry out thermal and structural analysis of designs throughout the design phases
Familiar with configuration control processes
What additional skills would be beneficial?
Familiar with the design of rugged electronics enclosures for harsh environments.
Experience using CFD simulation tools tailored for electronics cooling.
Current valid SC clearance.
