ALL-INCLUSIVE RATE CHF 600 / DAY
A respected international tier-1 banking client of mine are seeking a Cloud Engineer for a job opportunity in Basel.
This bank has always been at the forefront of technology advancements and development of banking applications, and they currently need a Cloud Engineer. As the Cloud Engineer in Basel, you will be a part of the DevOps unit which is working on the application in collaboration with the Development team. Within the DevOps unit, you will be a part of the engineering team. You will be responsible for the configuration, testing, and production stability of the infrastructure, as well as the infrastructure automation (Infrastructure as Code). Some key skills you will need for this job are:
- Solid knowledge infrastructure automation and configuration management
- Good knowledge of configuration and deployment of a cloud-based system
- Previous experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong coding or scripting skills (PowerShell preferred as the hybrid environment is mostly Windows)
- Good social skills; you can work with a team, and you communicate well
- You are a self-starter
This is for a contract job with an initial duration of four months. Ideally, you are available immediately.
