IBM IIB Designer/Developer
One of my clients within the Banking Sector is looking for an IBM IIB Designer/Developer, also experienced in IBM Middleware Development. This for a 6-12 months contract, with an ideal start date of 22nd October 2018, interviews are taking place quickly to secure/confirm developers for the project now.
The IBM IIB Designer/Developer should have experience in the following:
- IBM WMB with a successful track-record on at least one major programme
- IBM Middleware experience focused on design
- Certification and/or training to include advanced aspects of the WMB
- IBM WebSphere MQ/WebSphere Message Broker
- Thorough understanding of protocol conversion and format transformation & ability to understand the advanced concepts of WMB
- Knowledge of different types of nodes and their properties/usage in Integration
- Sound knowledge of ESQL
- Thorough understanding of design methodologies of IBM WMB - File, DB, MQ, Web Based, Adapters
- Thorough understanding of mappings including advanced concepts of opaque parsing/message sets, message models etc.
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Technology Stack:
- IBM WMB/IIB (for deploying WMB Message flows to the runtime)
- IBM WMQ (messaging backbone of IBM WMB)
- IBM WMBT (developing WMB flows)
