SAP HCM Success Factor Consultant
Location: Nanterre (Near Paris) France (50-75% Work From home)
(French speaking is not required )
Duration: 12 Months + Possible extension
- A minimum of 4 years Success Factors experience
- A minimum of 2 SuccessFactors projects acting in the module lead role
- At least one SFSF EC Full Lifecycle global, complex Implementation in the lead role
- Detailed knowledge of data migration from external systems into SF Employee Central
- Experience analysing and resolving data migration issues from error logs
- Experience with Employee Central integration to external payroll systems
- Two SF Professional Certifications (preferred)
- Certification in Employee Central required
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent (masters preferred)
- No less than 6 year's business computer application implementation experience
- Ability to start within 1 month
- Demonstrated understanding of HR Organizational Domain to include the departmental processes, policies, procedures behind the modules they implement
- Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills
- A dedicated customer service attitude
- Ability to work in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with minimal supervision
- Ability to multi-task and be a team player who works collaboratively and effectively with others
- Technical understanding of software operating systems and ability to work comfortably with HRIS
- Knowledge of XML or HTML
- Exceptional consultative skills with customers, using best practices and past experience
- Available to work evenings and/or weekends as needed
- Conduct discovery meeting with customer by identifying the customer's current process and future state needs
- Create/manage project plan in partnership with the project manager
- Configure application to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on customer processes
- Manage the relationship with the customer and be SuccessFactors' primary face to the customer throughout the implementation
- Master and maintain detailed knowledge of SuccessFactors' product-suite configuration options, integration points, and best practices
- Facilitating client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality
- Acting in a client facing role to determine business requirements
- Identifying how the HCM solution can be best utilized to meet client requirements
- Providing support to the interface work streams to understand business scenarios and integration between the solution and other modules
- Supporting testing, training and change management work streams.
- Responsibilities for candidates with relevant team leadership experience may also include:
- Creating and managing the plan for a specific project work stream eg design.
- Managing the end to end project life cycle to deliver projects on time and to budget.
- Working with senior client stakeholders to manage client expectations.
- Need For a highly complex SAP SuccessFactors implementation at end Client, Paris-based auto systems manufacturer.
- We are in need of an eastern or western European-based, highly experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central consultant, preferably based in Paris or E/CET time zone.
