Clinical Label Coordinator (m/f)

Main tasks:
- Maintenance the SAP phrase database with standard texts according to given procedures
- Design and create labels (booklet inside pages, booklet front page and single panel labels) in SAP GLM according to current SOPs
- Coordinate the approval of labels by the Local Label Representatives in a timely manner
- Order and coordinate the printing of booklets by the vendor
- Responsible for the delivery check of booklets
- Support of the implementation of the Labeling Roadmap
Main qualifications
- Successfully completed a commercial diploma or an equivalent qualification (e.g. technical apprenticeship)
- Proactive, open-minded, team player with dedication and passion
- Good communication skills in order to manage the relationship with many teams
- Good written and oral English and German language skills issues
- Experience of SAP systems, Word and Excel
