Clinical Label Coordinator (m/f)

Duration: 12 MM++

Main tasks:
  • Maintenance the SAP phrase database with standard texts according to given procedures
  • Design and create labels (booklet inside pages, booklet front page and single panel labels) in SAP GLM according to current SOPs
  • Coordinate the approval of labels by the Local Label Representatives in a timely manner
  • Order and coordinate the printing of booklets by the vendor
  • Responsible for the delivery check of booklets
  • Support of the implementation of the Labeling Roadmap


Main qualifications
  • Successfully completed a commercial diploma or an equivalent qualification (e.g. technical apprenticeship)
  • Proactive, open-minded, team player with dedication and passion
  • Good communication skills in order to manage the relationship with many teams
  • Good written and oral English and German language skills issues
  • Experience of SAP systems, Word and Excel
