We are currently looking for a technical ServiceNow expert for our client in DüsseldorfStart: November 2018 (December still an option)
Duration: 3 Month +
Location: Düsseldorf

Tasks:
- Acting as quality gate towards supplier
- Alignment towards as well as professional specification of customer requirements
- Evaluation of requirements and development of recommendations for action (best practice approaches)
- Documentation of requirements and creation of user stories for implementation by the development team
- Implementation of escalation matrix
- Support automation in ServiceNow
- Reporting regularly to management on progress
- Control and setup of ServiceNow infrastructures and instances
- Configuration and review of the ServiceNow platform according to best practice
- Maintenance of data and authorizations
- Control the continuous development of the current ServiceNow implementation
Skills:
- Several years of experience in IT service management projects
- Deep knowledge as ServiceNow architect or developer
- Several years of experience in implementation projects for ServiceNow
- Experience with automation in ServiceNow
- Good knowledge with ITIL
- Prince2 or similar
- Languages: English (business fluent); German beneficial
