Contract Rate: Euro 400 per day
Contract Length: 12 Months with extensions
Our Client, one of the world's foremost IT Consultancies, is looking to recruit a Contract IT Network Infrastructure Engineer to join their client in Brussels.
Description
- Provision of technical evaluations and audit reports in relation with information systems infrastructure
- Provision of security studies, security assessments and other specific security matters related to ICT infrastructures
- Provision of quality plans, quality assessments, quality control tests, evaluations and SLAs associated with IT infrastructure services or projects
- Develop automation and tooling to drive consistency and efficiency in all aspects of network design, deployment, and operations
- Familiar with IT Security including network security, endpoint security, data security and security management
- Coordinate and provide solutions for the installation, enhancement, troubleshooting and repair of network assets and resources
- Coordinated resources to develop project tasks and address issues, assign appropriate resources, develop and execute plans to complete tasks and resolve issues for Data Networking, Routing/Switching, Network Security, Wireless, XML, DNS, DHCP, Load Balancing.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in IT or equivalent with 13 years of specific experience in a relevant role OR Master's Degree with a minimum 9 years of experience in a relevant role
- Experience in the following skills/ technologies/ methodologies is required:
- Linux/ Windows
- Firewalls
- Data Storage
- Performance/ Monitoring/ Rapport Analysis
- Experience on the following will be considered an asset:
- CheckPoint
- NetApp Storage and Cloud Architecture
- Relevant Cisco Certifications
- Very good written and spoken English is required
