Description
Our client, a major UK marketing communications company. They are currently recruiting an Senior Insight Analyst to support the marketing insight teams over the next 3 months plus on critical high value projects.
The insight analyst will deliver complex solutions using customer databases to deliver actionable insights directly to help them to make better, more customer centric decisions.
Prerequisites:
- Strong numerate background: maths, stats, etc.
- Experience in regression modelling, ideally applied in a media environment to create Marketing Mix Models for clients
- Knowledge of customer database analytics methods (skills in data manipulation, visualisation, presentation and insight generation)
- Understanding of customer segmentation models, eg Recency, Frequency, Value (RFV): the V is sometimes replaced with a 'M' for 'Monetary'
- You will need to be competent within the R environment
- Creative and proactive thinking: You need to be able to add value to client data and generate actionable insights
