Description
As a Senior Cloud Architect for the Integration Service Center (ISC) you will be a part of an Application Integration team located in Sweden (Helsingborg, Malmö, Älmhult and Delft)
Responsibilities:
- Drive the overall Enterprise Cloud strategy which includes among others, Vendor selections, internal and external Cloud-based solutions and infrastructure that span across multiple public and private Clouds and regions, including Azure, AWS, and client data centers.
- Defining policies, standards and principles for cloud
- Define architectural building blocks in the context of cloud
- Clear understanding of Information movement with relation to Cloud
- Ways of working with various Cloud vendors (both from a business viewpoint and from an IT viewpoint)
- Creating the Enterprise Cloud realization roadmap
- Conduct technical workshops and stakeholder management engagement
- Define functional and operational requirements from a Cloud perspectives.
- Create high-level specifications, ensuring feasibility, functionality, and integration with existing systems or platforms.
- Liaise with the security team with reviewing system security to prevent, detect, and respond to threats
- Work in collaboration with architects to represent DevOps during the design and development of software or extensive revisions to existing applications.
- Work with heads of internal groups to find innovative solutions to their problems and make recommendations.
- Lead spec and design meetings.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with automation.
- Deep understanding of a wide variety of open-source technologies and cloud services.
- Experience in practical application of lifecycle system engineering for IT Infrastructure.
- Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available service.
- Technical Knowledge of, and preferably experienced with, AWS and/or Azure.
- Excellent relationship building skills while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Amazon or Azure Cloud Certification.
- Familiarity or experience with AWS Cloud Formation, and MAG Resource Manager.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (eg, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook)
