Job Description:
Role and Responsibility
- End user desk support, customer facing and technical support through mails, voice and other ticketing tools.
- Preparing inventory reports, managing IT assets in accordance with company standards and policies
- Adhere to ISO standards and organization guidelines
- Closure of IT Tickets with in SLA and other project related activities as instructed by management
- Desktop/Laptop hardening, Antivirus & patch management compliance
- Supporting various form factor end user devices such as tablets and smartphone configurations for enterprise mobility
- Supporting remote users through voice and other remote support tools for troubleshooting
- Support server room, network related activities as instructed
- Demonstrated Experience
- 3-5 years' experience in a similar role
- Handling and supporting users at large enterprise, good communication, customer facing & technical support skills.
