Here is the Job Spec:
• Job Location: Swindon, UK
• Job Type: Contract
• Salary: £350/Day
• Mandatory Skills: OpenShift Container Platform, Ansible, Docker, VMWare
Job Purpose and Primary Objectives:
• OpenShift Container Platform deployment, management, security, trouble shooting
• Ansible - automating platform build, deployment and remediation
• Docker containers - image management, security, deployment
• Dev Ops tools (e.g. Git, Jenkins, Gerrit
• RHEL6 and 7 (all aspects)
• Comfortable with VMWare as well as physical servers (e.g. Cisco UCS blades)
Key Skills/Knowledge:
• Additional to above mentioned, it would be advantageous to have experience with AWS or other cloud solution
• Understanding of IP networks, routing, firewall rules, DNS, DHCP, Load balancing
• Basic Active Directory concepts
• RedHat Satellite
• Linux middleware: web servers, databases, etc
• Other Linux/Unix flavours e.g. Solaris, AIX
• Service Now
