Job Description: CMDB:
Champion: Support, assist, communicate, audit, creates awareness, improves the CMDB and its associated processes
Ensures CMDB/Classes/CIs are maintained for accuracy, completeness, staleness
Provide daily support, perform tool maintenance to ensure the integrity and operational performance of the CMDB
Creates and maintains Configuration Item (CI) definitions and map CIs to services, business functions, applications and other related logical entities
Prepares materials, agenda, artifacts for different change meetings, like Problem Review Boards (CABs), Technical Review Boards (TRBs)
Prepares and analysis of overall Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), trend analysis, etc.
Knowledge of the ITIL Process and procedures
Tool used: ServiceNow (a plus, but not mandatory)
