Description
Main mission: Support, Requirement gathering, UAT, Change Management, Coaching & training, Overall business analysis
1- Functional administration and contribution in SharePoint and Office 365:
- Create and Manage Site collections/communities
- Configure SP features
- Managing permissions and rights management
- Supervizing threshold and quotas
2- Support Level 2 (functional support): assist, FAQ, Known error database
3- Project: Requirements gathering: workshops animation, deliverables/UAT execution & management
