Description:
Through effective teamwork and leadership the Controls Engineer is responsible for setting, maintaining and improving the plant, process, safety and cGMP standards for the manufacturing department, as well as playing a key role in the introduction of new chemical entities.
Proficient in some of the following areas:
PLC systems (Ideally Siemens)
Siemens PCS7 incl Batch
BMS systems (TREND)
A high level computer programming language.
Principles of Automation Equipment, Computer validation, cGMPs and regulatory requirements
Project planning, project management
Database Technology and it's use within Automation Systems
Control of Pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment and processes
Automation IT based networks including Ethernet/TCPIP
International Engineering standards.
Use of IT in an Automation Environment.
