Responsibilities:
- Treat Tickets
- Analyse issues linked to migration from old business structure to the new one.
- Creation/Deletion user accounts in different applications & environments

- Access management experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Analytical mind-set
- Curious to learn
