Desktop Support 1st Level / Helpdesk-Agent

start: asap

duration: first contract until Juni 2019

location: Munich (Germany)

TASKS:
  • answer costumer calls
  • categorize customers queries
  • test and analysis of customers issue
  • technical classification of incidents; if necessary forwarding to 2nd Level Support
  • documentation of results into ticket system


REQUIREMENTS:
  • completed degree in IT area or pronounced IT experience
  • professional experience in telephone customer care
  • pronounced experience in Microsoft environment
  • preferably experience in Microsoft Lync Server
  • very good English, preferably German and another foreign language
  • work independently and highest reliability
  • high customer and service orientation
