Description
Seeking a Environment Manager with strong DevOps, CI, CD skills for the following tasks:
- Install and configure Software Configuration Management, CI, CD Tools as per architecture
- Implement solutions in Test Lab environments in Service Virtualization, Cloud Environments, Monitoring, SCM Tools, BPDM tools and ESM tools
- Configure SCM branch and merge strategies for various projects
- Implement deployment tools and CI tools like Jenkins and configure applications
- Design the necessary data sets at different stage of the environment provisioning process
- Be familiar with and understand how to troubleshoot builds with the Build Forge and Jenkins Enterprises Usage Models as part of the Source & Build architecture
- Provide general build support up to and including publishing Assets into RAM and Artifactory
- design and development to automate SCM procedures/activities related to RTC/BF/RAM/Artifactory/Jenkins etc
- Implement solutions in SCM, BPDM and ESM
Candidates should be able to demonstrate:
- Knowledge in managing and preparing dev/test environments
- Familiarity with AWS and cloud based environments provisioning
- Strong experience in Test Environment Management Tool Set ( Shell Scripting, Unix, Linux & Win OS)
- Hands on experience on configuration tools like HP ALM, BitBucket, Jenkins/GoCD
- Hands on experience on application build and deployment tools like GoCD/Jenkins, Hudson
- Strong Scripting Knowledge in Shell Scripting ANT, Maven, Python, Jython
- Knowledge on Infrastructure Concepts and experience in VMWare, AWS
- Exposure to a variety development methodologies - Agile, Scrum, Kanban and infrastructure knowledge is an added advantage
