I am recruiting on behalf of my Hereford based client who are on the lookout for an Electronics Design Engineer with a good background in Analogue and Digital design to work within their R and D team.Essential Skills
- A minimum 5 years of proven experience as a design Engineer with experience in power electronics.
- Experience in component selection, prototyping, testing and making design changes.
- Experience using Altium for schematic and layout design purposes including right-first-time design.
- Ability to work with other design/test engineers as part of a multidisciplinary project team.
- Experience with designing highly efficient buck & boost converters, SEPIC converters and battery monitoring circuitry.
- Experience designing for EMC and make changes in-situ is desirable.
