Our customer a specialist in the Optimisation, QoS and Performance field are searching for a Huawei Radio Optimisation Engineer to join their team. Candidate can work in Madrid or Valencia
Main Responsibilities are
* Highly experienced in Huawei Networks, with focus on 2G/3G/4G. Huawei 2G/3G/4G equipment, parameters and features. Familiar with U2000.
* Also valuable experience with other vendors: Nokia, Ericsson, ZTE
* Radio Optimization of 2G, 3G and 4G mobile networks with strong focus on troubleshooting and KPIs improvement.
* Analysis of KPIs, L3 signalling procedures and improvement of network quality and capacity problems.
* Implementation of new features and tuning radio network parameters.
* Perform RF performance activities in customer projects independently, according to project plan and in project managers guidance
* Provide advice and support to customers
Required Experience
* Education: Degree qualified in Telecommunications Engineering.
* At least 5 years of Mobile network optimization experience with different vendor technologies.
* End-user/customer problem investigation.
* Results oriented with focus on product quality and customer satisfaction.
* Team player, open communication and ability to work in international environment.
Candidate must speak fluent Spanish, English is also desirable
