SAP Senior HR Business Analyst
A vacancy has arisen for a SAP HR Senior Business Analyst. This vacancy is to cover maternity leave for 12 months
Key Elements of the Role
- SAP Business Analyst to be responsible for delivering initiatives within the HCM functional area
- Responsible for managing HR systems change request and support activities
- Design, develop and deliver enhancements in the form of specific mini-projects and change requests
- Liaise with our remote team member in India to complete change requests
- Overall ownership of support calls, ensuring the team's SLA's are met with a strong customer service focus
- Generate dashboards to demonstrate the team's progress in change request and support call completion
- Develop relationships with Business Unit management and Key Users to drive the effectiveness of the SAP solution
- Support of Performance Management Application
- Participate in and drive continuous improvement projects
- Design and deliver value-added systems initiatives to drive business value
- Supports system upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned
- Compliance with our client's documentation standards
- Provide assistance in the resolution of complex support calls escalated by other team members
- Technical mentoring and development of graduates and new joiners to the team where required
Qualifications
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in IT or related discipline
Skills & Experience
- At least seven years' experience in hands-on configuration and implementation roles within the SAP HCM module
- Experience in a HCM lead role
- Proven track record of successful project delivery
- Experience in the following HCM SAP modules: Organisational Management, Personnel Administration, Personnel Development, ESS, MSS.
- Experience in supporting performance management application would be a distinct advantage
