RIT Implementation Engineer - Airline applications Reservations/Inventory/Ticketing

Implementation Engineer urgently required to work for our client based in West London

You will be responsible for defining migration strategies and producing implementation plans, working closely with project managers and other implementation/functional teams within the client in delivering the project. Performing definition and set up of the systems and links according to the customer's specific requirements, whilst creating production and test databases. Supporting the customer in systems testing, planning/executing the cutover and work with the customer in analysing, preparing and testing their impacted systems.

The ideal candidate will have a functional understanding of Airline applications (Inventory Reservations or Ticketing), experience on working with airline migration projects involving other airline systems, eg DCS, Inventory, Reservation or Ticketing and a track record in business/system analysis within airline systems. Candidates who have a Technical understanding of Unix, Open Back End, SQL and an understanding in links/systems communication will be at a distinct advantage.
