Job Title: Systems Administrator- Front Office

Job Type: Contract

Job Location: Stockholm, Sweden

Contract Rate: Euro 350 per day

Contract Length: 3 Months with extensions

Our Client, one of the world's foremost IT Consultancies, is looking to recruit a Contract Systems Administrator- Front Office, to join their client in Stockholm, Sweden.

Description of main tasks: Preparing and deploying computer images; Ensuring patch management for client infrastructure; Ensuring Antivirus protection for client infrastructure; Monitor and maintain the client infrastructure; Preparing software packages for deployment; Preparing client related scripts; Hardware installation/configuration; Provide 1st line support in the function as a Front Office Analyst when required; Fulfil service requests in the function as a Front Office Analyst when required; Provide 2nd and 3rd line support; Maintenance of procedures; Active Directory administration; Setup and maintenance of documentation, procedures and processes; Standby support.

General competencies and skills: Capability of integration in an international/multicultural environment; Rapid self-starting capability; Excellent team player; Good communication skills; High level of service orientation and a user oriented mind set; Fluent in English (understanding, reading and writing).

Required proficiency in Information technologies: Excellent knowledge and experience of Microsoft applications (for example: Operating Systems and Microsoft Office suite); Excellent troubleshooting skills; Excellent knowledge and experience of System Management tools and Monitoring Tools; Excellent knowledge and experience of Client Patch Management; Excellent knowledge and experience in the area of preparing and deploying computer images; Excellent knowledge and experience of Antivirus Software; Good knowledge, understanding and experience of ITIL with a minimum of foundation ITIL certification; Good knowledge and experience in end user hardware (for example: desktop, laptop, printer, phone, mobile phones, smart phones, tablets), support, troubleshooting and diagnostics; Good knowledge and experience of packaging solutions; Good knowledge and experience of scripting; Good knowledge of Active directory.

Education and work experience: University degree with minimum 3 years' experience in support administration or if no university degree with minimum 5 years' experience in support administration;
