Description
DB2 Database Administrator wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.Your experience/skills:
- Several years of work experience as DB2 Database Administrator
- Know How of COBOL programming and CICS experience with Web Service integration is an advantage
- Profound background of zOS to analyse and improve performance
- Strong understanding of Control-M and BMC tools such as Mainview
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German is beneficial
Your tasks:
- Organising, evaluating and integrating technical infrastructure solutions on zOS with DB2 and COBOL
- Providing a secure infrastructure environment including production stability, performance and capacity management
- Handling errors in systems as well as finding corrective measures
- Communicating and collaborating with other IT- and Business-Teams
