Client Service Representative, Investment Banking
£180 - £204 per day - 3 month contract with option to extend
This position is accountable for providing high quality service through the management of day-to-day account activity.

Client Service Representative sought by my leading, Global Investment banking client for an initial 3 month contract based in London City.
Key responsibilities include:
- Be the face of client transitional based queries
- Provide a high level of service by responding promptly and accurately to daily client queries and requests regarding the administration of their accounts in accordance with the SLS. Respond to specific client requests
- Maintain professional and productive working relationship with all business partners; working alongside them to ensure a successful resolution of client's issues.
- Participate in and contribute to Client Team meeting conducted by CMs and RDs.
- Anticipate issues and proactively work to address concerns before they escalate.
- Compile all responses to queries and chase further information as appropriate dealing directly with the client using a consultative partnership approach answering all Clients enquires as experts in their field.
- Maintain professional and productive working relationship with all business partners; working alongside them to ensure a successful resolution of client's issues.
£180 - £204 per day - 3 month initial contract
Essential Requirements:
- Client facing background
- Settlement experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills and networking abilities with clients and internal Skills/Knowledge
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of securities industry and market
- Issues escalation and resolution
- Facilitation Skills
- Understanding of investment industry and client requirements
