Main tasks:
- Ensuring the monitoring of the running application operation
- Processing (analysis, workaround, correction) of application malfunctions/errors triggered by system users or messages
- Locating, isolating and eliminating faults, initiating technical avoidance and/or escalation procedures
- Clarification and elimination of faulty system states
- Creation of customer-specific evaluations/statistics with key figures on business transactions
Main qualifications
- Computer scientist with proven l experience as ICT system specialist
- Experience in SAP
- Fluency in German and good knowledge in English
