Description
Sanderson are currently assisting a leading IT technical support company with their aim of hiring a 2nd and 3rd line IT Infrastructure Technician.
This position is based in Belgium meaning the appropriate candidate will be able to commute in either French or Flemish.
The main respobilites for the role are:
- To provide ITIL based incident, request and problem management which will include incident, request and problem ownership.
- Informing the customer on the progress of tickets, incident investigation and diagnosis.
- To provide a mix of support for business as usual operations, project deployment and preventative maintenance including: Windows Server, Hyper-V, Dell Compellent and Exchange.
The appropriate candidate will have:
- A full driving licence.
- Great communication and customer service skills.
- Experienced at working in a 2nd and 3rd line technical support position.
