Description
Cathcart Energy are currently recruiting for a Commercial Manager for Wind Farm construction projects for an initial 6 - 12 month contract based in Edinburgh with potential for some international travel.
You will be working to support a team of Project Managers and advising them on effective contract administration and establishing processes for claims and risk reporting.
You will ideally have a solid background in Quantity Surveying and have already progressed into a commercial management focussed role in your career so far, ideally for a main contractor. You will need to be an expert in FIDIC contracts and ideally have some knowledge of Wind Farm construction although this is not an essential requirement.
This will be a day rate contract and will be largely based in Edinburgh although you will have involvement in projects around Europe and may need to travel there as required.
