Description
The Local IT department supports all departments and systems within the organisation, including (mobile) telephony, cameras, HMS application, meeting room techniques and video conferencing. The department is also responsible for controlling and developping configurations, capacity, licences and versions; Installing and configurating computer and LAN systems, resolving disruptions, executing modifications, draw manuals and advice regarding procurement of equipment and improvements.
The local IT Specialist is responsible for the execution of the objectives of the department. Ensuring the smooth functioning of complex and challenging ICT systems as per set KPI’s through customer focused services. Closely involved in modifying the technical infrastructure, and, install and configure new components. Develop, keep up to date and adhere to procedures and work instructions. Deliver first line support and contribute to continuous improvement.
