QA Manager - Compliance, Defence, SC Cleared, MSP, Data, Risk
My leading defence client based in Andover is looking for a QA Compliance Manager for an initial 2 month contract with the view to extend.
Qualifications/Experience
- Demonstrable experience of Quality Assurance/Quality control in a large programme environment
- Any of Managing Successful Programmes, Prince2 or APM
- Advanced user of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Key tasks and deliverables
- Standard quality assurance pack which articulates the who, what, where, when, why and how of quality assurance.
- Communications and engagement plan to support behavioural and cultural implementation of best practice
- Quality assurance handbook which may comprise, inter alia, a policy, strategy, approach/principles, guidelines/guidance and templates.
- Establish and sustain a Programme quality assurance framework which complies with ISO 9001 standards.
- Improve the quality of Programme data as the single point of contact for all data sources, providing verification of provenance and when the data was updated.
- Lead the governance of the quality assurance framework, including mechanisms to ensure artefacts are produced in a timely manner.
- Support the development of a best-in-class governance model
- Provide progress updates to various internal and external stakeholders as required.
- Track and proactively monitor artefacts through the quality assurance process and make the tracker readily available to stakeholders.
