MI Analyst - FS/Banking - Redress & Remediation
We are currently recruiting for an MI Analyst on behalf of a leading financial services organisation, the role will be based in Widnes and will offer the opportunity for some flexible working.
The role is required to support key MI & Data development and management tasks that underpin my client's redress and remediation programme.
You will be required to support the development of data lookup interfaces to enable agents to identify the financial structure of the redress amount paid to customers should a customer request it.
You will also be required to monitor an in house Macro developed to apply credit to customer's accounts and will be responsible for the development of a redress MI dashboard.
