Description
I am currently searching for an Oracle database Administrator with knowledge of ODA deployment and administration to work in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
This position is for a very interesting project at a large multi-national for longer duration (contract based).
Your main task will be:
- Keeping the Patch-Level of Databases and Oracle Database Appliances up to date
- Develop and implement Oracle database related solutions and Procedures
- Oracle Database Migrations
- Oracle Golden Gate Setup and administration
- Database Performance-analysis, -tuning
- Maintain the availability of our database HA solutions in Dataguard and RAC configurations
The ideal following experience are required:
- At least 2 years practical experience in Oracle Database Appliance patching, installation and operation
- At least 5 years' experience in Oracle Database administration and -tuning
- Expert skills in several of these technologies: Oracle RAC, Data Guard, Golden Gate, RMAN, OEM
