IT Support Analyst - Dublin, Ireland - Initial 12 month contract - € per day
I am currently partnering with a Global IT consultancy who are recruiting for an IT Support Analyst on an initial 12 month contract based in Dublin.
This role will be working as part of an existing team and duties will include:
Diagnose and resolve software & hardware incidents, including operating systems and across a range of software applications
Assist users with any logged IT related incident
Take ownership of issues for report to resolution
Accurately record, update and document requests using the ticketing system
Resolve issues with printers, copiers and scanners
Other ad-hoc IT Support tasks as appropriate
