Seeking a Transportation Civil Engineer that has used MicroStation software and InRoads as a Civil Engineer. We will take your knowledge and build on to it, to allow you to support other Civil Engineers in the use of MicroStation and InRoads software as well as other software. Become a MicroStation and InRoads Support Technician (Civil Engineering Transportation Roadway Software).
In this role you will be responsible for providing software usage customer support to Civil Engineers. Work with a manager that wants you to reach your potential! You will be allowed to train to do many other things within their division if this is your career goal. This is a work environment where the manager wants you to reach your potential.
Minimum requirements
- MicroStation Software experience
- InRoads software experience
- Ability to learn quickly
- Attention to detail
- Ability to retain knowledge without repeated instruction
- Ability to work independently with minimal instruction and supervision
Plus skills
Associates or Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or work experience in civil engineering or survey environment
- Bentley InRoads/Microstation experience
- Knowledge of DOT survey feature codes
- Knowledge of DOT survey processing guidelines
- Knowledge of DOT Electronic Data Guidelines (EDG)
- Knowledge of DOT Plan Presentation Guide (PPG)
- Knowledge of .DOT civil design standards
- Ability to independently follow repacked it to document it processes
- Other Civil Engineering software
