Description
Harvey Nash's client is recruiting for an Operational Risk Consultant on an initial 6 month contract. You will be working at the heart of the business, as part of the Legal & Compliance team, providing subject matter expertise on operational risk management, working collaboratively to identify risks and solve problems and driving change. You'll be a key member of the team leveraging your Operational Risk management expertise to help the organisation deliver its Customer and Commercial objectives.
Essential skills:
* Risk expertise with understanding of how insurance organisations operate and the associated regulatory environment (DFSA experience strongly preferred)
* Ability to convert strategic priorities and goals into operational plans.
* Working with autonomy with the ability to make operational decisions.
* Knowledge of relevant legislation, compliance, corporate governance, quality assurance and risk management.
