Customer Journey Expert Robotics
For one of my globally leading financials clients I am looking for a Customer Journey Expert to work in a dynamic cross border tribe (the Netherlands and Belgium) for a long contract in Leeuwarden, The Netherlands with the focus on Incoming and outgoing customer communication, file management and direct customer touch points. My clients ambition is to bring the customer experience in the field of communication to a higher level and thus contribute to an excellent customer journey. In the tribe, business and IT colleagues work together on the same purpose:
Working in the Robotics squad, a multidisciplinary and self-managing team of experts who are responsible in particular for lifting the intelligent processing services to a higher level. Within this squad, it is your job to come up with ideas for improvement for processes using Intelligent Automation (RPA, CA, OCR, ICR, NLP, etc.). You substantiate these ideas with facts, coordinate with stakeholders within other Tribes and realize together with your squad members. Since cooperation in the chain is very important, knowledge of and affinity with IT is a condition. In addition, you proactively seek cooperation with my clients business partners and you would like to advise them on client communication and customer file.
The emphasis of this mission is on Intelligent Automation (capturing, RPA, cognitive automation). You are well informed about digital developments, interested in innovation and are enthusiastic about further digitizing our services and communicating with the customer. You maintain a lot of contact with other Tribes and stay informed of innovations from our competitors and other leading market players outside the industry.
My client is looking for a Customer Journey Expert to be part of an experienced BusDevOps team in the field of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and you are constantly working on the automation of (customer) processes and the implementation and maintenance of 'virtual employees' based on customer needs. and as part of (large) programs.
You have a hands-on mentality and you are enterprising and curious. You have execution power and work towards solutions. You dare to think outside the beaten track. Fast changes are new opportunities for you.

You are good at making analyzes and stakeholder management and have the qualities and experience to guide (complex) changes and realize (IT) changes You identify opportunities in the market and you have the courage to question the status quo. You are a real process thinker and see through complex chains and dependencies. You can set priorities well. An international setting is not a problem for you and you can convert your knowledge of RPA and the market into a clear vision for our client and you have the will and the knowledge to build flows in the RPA tool.

Contract: 36 hours a week; 12 Months + Likely extension.
Location: Leeuwarden, but you also work closely with squads in Amsterdam and Brussels
