Second line support (Dutch, French and English) urgently required for interesting contract in Antwerp, Belgium.
The Second line support (Dutch, French and English) will be Responsible for the following:
* Provide technical support regarding the use of the various applications for payroll and personnel management on Mainframe
* Provide functional support for internal customer applications
* Advising and supporting the internal employees (Development/payroll consultants)
* Closely cooperate with Development (our internal customer)
* Efficient support of products & processes (ie incident management)
* Documenting and if necessary, reporting problems & complaints
* In consultation with your colleagues, formulate your suggestions to internal analysts/developers
* Drafting and maintaining general documentation.
The Second line support (Dutch, French and English) will ideally have the following skills and expertise:
* Have relevant experience in supporting Mainframe applications
* Easy to make connections and thus have an analytical insight
* Fluently speaks Dutch, French and English
* Communicative, hands-on and customer-oriented
* Being a real team player who is flexible and eager to learn
* Strong assets are: knowledge of Mainframe batch scheduling, TSO and AQT
* Offering experience in functional support for customer applications (Windows environment) is a plus
