Oracle Application Support Consultant - Brussels, Belgium
Languages:

Skills and Experience:
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
- Comfortable with relational database management system concepts.
- Familiar with Oracle Database specificities: (PL/) SQL, objects, administration, etc.
Description of work:
- Supporting web-based applications, Oracle databases and ETL processes where you will help to continue to preserve the availability and stability of the offered services.
- Interface with business owners and end users.
- Register all requests and log all actions in a ticketing tool.
- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
- Manage user rights.
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support.
- Configure application Servers.
- Deploy, troubleshoot and support the applications hosted on Servers.
- Collaborate with developers on projects.
- Monitor systems.
- Configure and administer databases.
- Troubleshoot performance issues.
- Backup and restore databases.
- Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.
