Our client we are looking for two Support Technicians for a 6-12 month contract in Gothenburg, Sweden.
The Support Technician Job description:
We are looking for two Support Technicians to work as Desk Side Support at our customers Executive Management IT Support which is a service directed towards a selected group of individuals. The Support is designed to be the single point of contact regarding IT related issues for executive managers and assistants in scope. It provides hardware and application support with faster response time and more in depth knowledge than Standard Support.
The service also includes Onsite assistance for important face to face- and virtual meetings.
The department minimize the users time spent on IT related issues by:
- Proactive guidance in how to maximize tool usage for increased efficiency.
- Providing necessary training on demand, or when delivering new equipment.
- Incident resolution ownership focuses on individual cases and follows up on behalf of the user
- Support staff known to the users builds trust and simplifies the resolutions.
- Desk side support in local language
As a technician you will secure that all technical aspects of the meeting is up and running and will be on standby during the meeting if requested. You can also be the one running the virtual meeting securing that it's carried out according to the agenda. Overtime and on call support might in scope
