Office 365 Expert, Project Manager, Architect, Business Analyst, Migration, Luxembourg
Day Rate: 510 Euros
Contract Length: 6 months +

Role requirements:

Our client is launching a strategic initiative to move to Microsoft Office 365. Currently the installation of Microsoft SharePoint and other Microsoft Office suite applications are hosted on a private cloud. The client to select a consultant to support with the implementation and configuration of Microsoft Office 365, to manage the migration and subsequently provide support and development services.

Given the amount of work and expertise required to correctly capture the requirements and draft the related document's to the RFP, we require the assistance of an experienced consultant to work on this project, namely 1 IT Subject Matter Expert MS Office 365to perform tasks as mentioned here below.

The consultant will help to prepare the ir next RFP and to support the company with the implementation and configuration of Microsoft Office 365, to manage the migration and subsequently provide support and development services.

Services

  • Gather functional and technical requirements from the various stakeholders;
  • Ensure that all aspects of the Project have been properly considered;
  • Produce a complete and clear requirements document (ToR);
  • Produce and contribute to any other relevant business documents necessary for the RFP process;
  • Contribute to the business process documentations;
  • Provide expertise on the Office 365 suite of solutions and the various functional, technical; contractual points to be considered;
  • Prepare weekly management updates and reports on progress and improvements made;
  • Share best practice and knowledge with the IT team.

Deliverables

  • Contribute to the business documentations related to the RFP;
  • Coordinate the execution of business documentations with the IT and the Commercial Legal & Procurement teams;
  • Review the proposals of suppliers and support the decision making process.

The Consultant will have the following profile:

  • Experience in drafting ToR of a similar size and value;
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications from an end user perspective;
  • Knowledge of and experience with the Microsoft Office 365 suite of applications;
  • Understanding of business processes in document management, finance, and reporting;
  • Knowledge of document/information management practices;
  • Experience with IT solutions for mobile working;
  • Experience with IT concepts such as Cloud, VPN, Back up, and encryption;
  • Excellent verbal and written English;
  • Attention to detail, and proactive with a can do' approach.
