Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a multilingual service desk analyst to provide Level 1 End User IT support, instruct users on usage of software, announce urgent/important information from the IT group, as well as receive and assign software, hardware and network requests to the appropriate team.
Skills and Experienced required:
- Basic knowledge of networks, email systems and the ability to understand the IT environment
- Fluent Dutch
- Ability to learn effectively and possess a high level of flexibility
- Customer focused and approachable
- Demonstrate an analytical approach when it comes to problem solving
- Any previous experience in the IT/Helpdesk/Service Desk fields
- Prior experience of IT infrastructure support (not essential)
