Description
A government department in Canberra is seeking the services of a Windows Server Specialist. The successful candidate will undertake range of work including (but not limited to) the technical delivery of new projects, solution design for new system, and operation support.
Skills and Experience:
Experience in designing solutions to support business systems (including where component from various vendors are being utilised);
Experience in the implementation of new solutions; Working technical knowledge of current protocols, operating systems and standards
Experience in the design, deployment, support and troubleshooting of systems in an Enterprise environment
Ability to create and update documentation of new and existing systems
Experience in development of standards and procedures
Good communication (both verbal and written) skills
Essential skills:
Able to maintain professional demeanour under stress
Ability to operate tools, components and peripheral accessories
The role requires the candidate to be an Australian Citizen and hold Baseline security clearance prior to commencement.
