Description

A government department in Melbourne is seeking the services of SAP Technical Analyst.The successful candidate will work as a key member and collaboratively facilitate technical design of features in a Scrum-based operating model under SAFe to create deliverables.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate within the OADC ART MDT supporting the definition of OADC Capabilities, Epics and Features by being the source of ICT/SAP knowledge and analytical capability to advise on feasibility and sizing of feature proposals
  • Collaborate with the OADC Architect to ensure design approaches are consistent with the Department's approved patterns
  • Collaborate within an MDT to create technical designs that can be iterated (design/build./test and delivered) with the sprint cadence within the context of a Productivity Improvement Plan.

Skills and Experience:

  • Long term SAP solution design skills
  • Experience in Age, Carers or Disability Pension
  • Excellent communication skills to support effective collaboration within the context and a SAFe ART MDT (Business SME and BA's will work alongside this incumbent)

Selection Criteria:
1. Demonstrated high level experience as a ICT SAP Technical Analyst/Solution Engineer within a large organisation (preferably within an Australian Government department or comparable large organisation).
2. Long term SAP analysis and development background
3. Demonstrated long term SAP solution design skills
4. Demonstrated excellent communication skills to support effective collaboration within the context and a SAFe ART MDT (Business SME and BA's will work alongside this incumbent)
5. Demonstrated Multi-disciplinary team experience to create technical designs that can be iterated (design/build./test and delivered) with the sprint cadence.

The role requires the candidate to be an Australian Citizen and hold Baseline security clearance prior to commencement.
