Senior Linux Engineer- RedHat Ansible Webservices/daemons MySQLD/Oracle DB Security
This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a stock exchange company that is subsidiary of a bank in Belgium. They provide different services in business lines such as Institutional sales, Bolero& Securities Services and Origination and Research.
The successful candidate will be part of the Systems Operations team and will maintain their current Linux Server infrastructure where they will be involved in infrastructure/linux projects. It will be very technical so should have experience in managing Red Hat Linux environments.
Some of the tasks will include assisting daily operations on systems like patching, upgrading, securing, maintaining and deploying as well as designing and assisting alerting and Monitoring Strategy for linux environments profile.
Key skills:
- Ansible Scripting
- Security patching and hardening
- Redhat Enterprise Linux
- Webservices/daemons
- Knowledge of Oracle DB, MySQLDB
- Accompanying web/application technologies like Logstash, ElasticSearch
Desired Skills:
- Experience in supporting HP and/or Dell hardware platforms
- Knowedge of SyBase
