Description
ServiceNow Discovery Lead Technical Expert wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- Higher national diploma or equivalent education
- 3+ years' experience implementing ServiceNow Discovery as well as Service Management IT industry knowledge and a minimum know-how of ITIL
- Knowledge of assorted discovered device types and technical terminology in addition to overall CMDB management and an understanding of ITSM processes
- Previous experience with ServiceNow Service Mapping, validated systems or another background in a highly regulated industry advantageous
- Keen awareness of limitations of ServiceNow and good practice design for solutions of enterprise scale, also working business knowledge of consulting services, including working with offshore development teams
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Acting as Technical Expert for all ServiceNow related issues
- Provide advice on overall Discovery and CMDB deployment
- Taking ownership for core ServiceNow module delivery with minimal management support
- Deployment of mid-servers, development of probes, patterns and use of white- and blacklists
