Rate: €300 per day
Location: Cork, Ireland
Duration: 9 months + Possible Extension

Roles and Responsibilities:
*The On-site Senior Voice Engineer to support customer Voice and Telephony environment in EMEIA
*This person must have expert knowledge of VoIP, SIP and TDM troubleshooting techniques, traffic engineering, experience interpreting complex SIP call flows and translate this information to Management and the business.
*Knowledge of SIP, SS7, RTP, TCP/IP, NAT, Scripting.
*Knowledge of Oracle (Acme Packet) - Session border Controller (SBC), Configuration, Troubleshooting, Administration, Design, Implementation
*Expert in troubleshooting complex SIP Issues
*Ability to clearly explain SIP Routing Strategies to All layers of Management
*Knowledge of Layer 2, QoS
*Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
*Ability to learn new topics with minimum supervision and at a fast pace
*Ability to work within a dynamic team
*Diligent and responsible approach with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
*Ability to direct and supervise work of others and operate in a team environment
Soft skills:
*Should be self-motivated, must be able to grasp issues quickly and make educated, critical judgment in the absence of complete information.
*Should be able to interact with onsite and offshore teams.
*Must have good oral/written communication skills and pay high attention to detail
*Should be available for immediate deployment.
Mandatory skills:
*Expert knowledge of VoIP, SIP and TDM troubleshooting techniques
Desired skills:
*Knowledge in the following services desired: WAN/LAN/OSPF/Layer 3 Routing Protocols
