IBM z/Series Operations Specialist (m/f) 100% - Mainframe / Engineer / Operator / GermanRole:
Our customer is looking for an experienced IBM z/Series Operations Specialist to complement its internal team.
Required Profile:
? Work-proven knowledge of the z/OS operating system including knowledge in as many of the following areas as possible:
- Job Entry Subsystem (JES2 / JES3)
- Time Sharing Option (TSO) - Workload Manager (WLM)
- Communications Server
- Data Facility Hierarchical Storage Manager (DFHSM)
- Resource Access Control Facility (RACF)
- Interactive System Productivity Facility (ISPF)
- Restructured Extended Executor (REXX)
- Unix System Services (USS)
? Ideally also good knowledge of z/VM
? Knowledge of data and security architecture
? Knowledge of infrastructure
? Troubleshooter mentality (Incidents, Changes, etc.)
? Hands-on "can do" mentality (practitioner, not a theorist)
Languages:
? Working language: German (word & writing) >> ideally mother tongue
