Role: Senior Contact Centre Design Delivery Consultant

Location: Reading

Start: December

Duration: 6 months

Senior Delivery Consultant with a demonstrable track record in low level design and hands-on delivery of Cisco Unified Contact Centre Enterprise (UCCE) solutions. The role requires strong hands on technical delivery and excellent communication skills with significant (5+ years) hands-on design, implementation, configuration, testing, troubleshooting and transformation experience of Cisco enterprise contact centre technologies including:
  • Unified Contact Centre Enterprise (UCCE)
  • Contact Centre Domain Manager (CCDM)
  • Cisco Unified Intelligence Centre (CUIC)
  • Customer Voice Portal (CVP) and VXML gateways
  • Unified Contact Centre eXpress(UCCX)
  • Peripheral Gateways (PG)
  • Finesse agent and supervisor desktops
  • Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)
  • Cloud Collaboration
  • Unity & Unity Connection
  • Expressway
  • Unified Border Element (CUBE)


Experience:
  • Experience in implementing and supporting other CC technologies including: Call Recording, WFM (Workforce Management), IVR (Interactive Voice Response) and CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) solutions
  • Experience with Cisco UCCX would be advantageous but the role primarily requires UCCE
  • Experience in design, implementing, transforming, troubleshooting, testing and supporting Cisco UC technologies including :
    • IPT(IP telephony),
    • VoIP (Voice over IP),
    • IM (Instant Messaging) and Presence,
    • collaboration tools,
    • audio/video/web conferencing,
    • SBCs (Session Border Controllers),
    • voice gateways,
    • SIP( Session Inititiated Protocl) /TDM (Time Division Multiplex) trunking,
    • IP routing and switching,
  • Knowledge and understanding of protocols (SIP, H.323, QSIG, SCCP, etc.) and codec's (G.722, G.711, G.729, H.264 and Microsoft Real-time adaptive codec's (RTC))
  • Experience in implementing Cisco CUBE SBCs, integration gateways and applications
  • Experience in CC, UC, voice/video/data networking, telephony IPPBX management and voice applications.
  • Demonstrable experience in legacy CC and telephony solutions
  • Large enterprise, high availability design skills
