Morson International working with a global consultancy who are looking for a System Administrator to join their team in Valenciennes. This is initially an 11 months contract with the chance of extending for a number of times.
Description:
ICT Infrastructure Support:
- Management of the ICT infrastructure items
- Deployment of new ICT infrastructure items
- Configuration and update and optimization of the ICT infrastructure items
- Reporting and follow-up of service quality
- Support of the disaster recovery plan of the Agency
Stakeholders Support:
- Provide level 2 and/or level 3 support to Service Desk (point of contact for escalation to external support provider
- Provide support to other ITFM teams
- Provide support to other units
- Participation to IT Teams' meetings
Documentation and Training:
- Writing of technical documentation, work instructions and processes and documentation
- Delivery of training
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years of relevant studies and/or experience after the secondary school
- Minimum 6 years of IT professional experience
- Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience as system administrator.
General Skills:
- Demonstrable experience and expertise within the End User and Back Office support functions, based on ITIL Incident, Problem and Change management processes
- In depth knowledge of application development environments
- Knowledge of software development methodologies (eg RUP, AGILE)
- Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings (fluent command of English is necessary, of French is recommendable), ease of communication
- English fluency, as the support and the documentation are asked to be provided in EN
Essential:
Demonstrable experience and expertise on the following Microsoft technologies in version 2:
- Office 2010, 2013 and 2016 automation suites
- Windows Server operating systems
- AD DS, AD FS, AD CS, GPO
- Lync, Exchange
- Azure, Office 365 (AD, Skype for Business, Exchange)
- Powershell.
Demonstrable experience and expertise on the following VMware technologies on version :
- VMware ESXi
- VMware vCenter, UM, SRM.
