Description
A government department in Canberra is seeking the services of a CRM Salesforce Administrator.
Mandatory Criteria:
1. Must be able to demonstrate a minimum of 5+ years' experience of MS CRM Dynamics administration, configuration, and support.
2. Demonstrated experience in complex troubleshooting of CRM platforms.
3. Strong analytical background and ability to work with key stakeholders.
4. Technical writing skills and experience maintaining technical documentation.
5. Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
Desirable Criteria:
1. Demonstrated knowledge of Salesforce automation, environment configuration, licencing, user provisioning, object model and customer portal functionalities
2. Understanding of the Salesforce Service Cloud and Community Cloud eco-system and experience in system administration and assurance of a Salesforce org.
3. Demonstrated knowledge of supporting CRM technologies such as Server Administration, ADFS, TFS, .NET development and PowerShell scripts.
4. Experience administering SharePoint sites and Back End is desirable.
5. Expertise in Software Development Life Cycles including analysis, design, deployments and maintenance.
The role requires the candidate to be an Australian Citizen and hold NV1/NV2 security clearance.
