In this role, you will be responsible for
The configuration and implementation of Jira Service Desk (cloud) to be used by the operations team of MyHealthJourney. Additional to Jira Service Desk we also require the migration of the on-site server content of Confluence, Jira Software and Jira Portfolio. This all needs to be setup and configured as full integrated environment which supports future expansion and scaling.
You are responsible for
• Configure Jira Service Desk with business required workflows
• Integration of Jira Service Desk with Jira Software and Portfolio
• Integration of Jira Software with TFS
• Integration of Jira Service Desk with SalesForce
• Create migration plan for the existing Confluence and Jira Software content to the cloud
• Execute migration of Confluence and Jira Software content
• Document environment and configuration
You are a part of the My Health Journey Venture R&D Team. It’s a multidisciplinary team of multinationals that work together in end-to-end feature teams’ structure, following Agile way of working and delivering cloud-based software products to the market.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
• Proven experience in Jira Software/Service Desk/Portfolio and Confluence
• Capable of integrating these products to support automated workflows
• Broad knowledge in DevOps environments and understanding the needs
• Able to create and document a plan of approach for migrating Atlassian server based content to the cloud
